Electrifying International Fleet Meeting at the Geneva Motor Show

The second media day of the International Motor Show was once again dedicated to the fleet sector. 200 fleet managers and representatives of the automotive, leasing and service industries from all over the world met at the International Fleet Meeting. The two co-organisers, fleetcompetenceeurope GmbH and the Swiss fleet magazine aboutFLEET, were able to offer the international fleet industry in Geneva a unique, English-speaking platform.

The fleet experts were presented with two top speakers by this year’s organisers: Tomas Björnsson, Vice President by trade, Head of Business Unit E-mobility Vattenfall AB and Steffen Krautwasser, Global Head of Car Fleet SAP SE, provided exciting insights into the electrification of their fleets.

The subsequent panel discussion under the title: «Converting a fleet into full electric» was joined by Steven Schoefs, chief editor of Fleet Europe, Michael Blumenstein, chief editor Autoflotte, and Sandra Roling, Head of EV100, The Climate Group. The panel was moderated by Thilo von Ulmenstein, Managing Partner at fleetcompetence Group.
