The organizers fleetcompetence europe GmbH and aboutFLEET provide with the 5th international Fleet Meeting in Geneva an unique platform to the international fleet industry. Geneva Motor Show provides an excellent platform for this event, making it possible to conveniently combine a visit to the motor vehicle exhibition with a visit to the Geneva International Fleet Meeting. The purpose of the Geneva International Fleet Meeting is to provide a networking platform for international fleet operators and the automotive and leasing industry. Along with two short presentations and a Panel discussion, the remaining period of this compact event is therefore reserved exclusively for discussion and networking.

For attending the International Fleet Meeting you will need an admission ticket for the Fleet Meeting and an official ticket for the 2 nd press day (7 th March 2018). Registrants who need also the ticket for the press day (only 7 th March 2018) can purchase it from aboutfleet (for CHF 100.–) or directly at the ticket corner by Palexpo, Geneva on 7 th March 2018.

The admission ticket of the Fleet Meeting includes: admission to the International Fleet Meeting on 7 th March 2018 from 09:00 until 14:00 with lunch buffet and the access to the lounge from 14:00 until 18:00 (incl. drinks and snacks).

Yes, I am fleet owner/fleet operator and would like to register for free for the International Fleet Meeting event. The registration is only provisional, the final registration will be confirmed by mail in February 2018. There is a limited number of participants, subject to order of registration (provided that the target group criteria are met).

I am fleet supplier (leasing company, importers, tire company, fuel supplier etc.) and would like to register for the International Fleet Meeting event for the price of CHF 380.— per person inclusive lunch buffet and drinks plus VAT. The registration is only provisional,the final registration will be confirmed by mail in February 2018. Terms of Payment:
Tickets are to be paid until 10 days prior to the event. Prices are in SWISS Francs, VAT is not included.

Cancellation policy for the press ticket:
Cancellation for the press ticket is not allowed. It must be paid 100% by any cancellation.

Cancellation policy for the International Fleet Meeting Ticket:
By cancellation of the „International Fleet Meeting ticket“ before 22nd February 2018, the fee (minus 15% administrations fee) will be refunded.
By cancellation after 22nd February 2018 and no-show at the event, the full fee has to be paid.
Substitutions of your admission ticket of Fleet Meeting is not allowed. We thank you very much for your interest in our meeting and your registration.
